I rented from Penn Park for 2 years while i attended college. They are truly the best people! The maintenance was always quick and they answered me within the same day (usually the same hour). They always answered my questions and were so kind. My apartment was beautiful and well kept. This place was truly my home away from home and the landlord & staff made it even more enjoyable to live there! If I could take them with me wherever I move I would. I highly recommend renting from them!
