(A building may be in the Patrol Zone, but not under PCT police jurisdiction.) All Penn Park Properties are within 500 feet of campus, and therefore subject to PCT police jurisdiction. This is important because our tenants may rely exclusively on PCT Police on matters of security and safety.
Properties listed on the Off Campus Housing web site must be located within the Patrol Zone and undergo an annual inspection of every apartment by the Williamsport Bureau of Codes to meet safety requirements.
